1. Fast Same-Day Order Processing
We understand that you are eager to receive your treatment. To ensure maximum speed, all orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched on the exact same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be finalized within 24 to 48 hours maximum. Once our warehouse team securely packs your jar and passes it to our express courier networks, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with your live tracking link.
2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times
We utilize premium tracked logistics channels to ensure your parcel bypasses standard shipping congestion. Our average global delivery timelines are as follows:

Please note that all listed delivery timelines are strictly guidelines provided by our courier teams; they do not constitute guaranteed arrival dates.

Please allow 24–48 hours from dispatch for the courier network to update the initial tracking status.
5. Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
For international shipments, packages are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any local import duties, customs clearances, or regional taxes levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Routine customs inspections at regional borders may occasionally add a brief delay to the stated transit times; this is standard across all international courier networks.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Bio-Infusion Clinical is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to missing house numbers, incorrect postcodes, or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to our logistics hub due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.
