We understand that you are eager to receive your treatment. To ensure maximum speed, all orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT are processed and dispatched on the exact same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be finalized within 24 to 48 hours maximum. Once our warehouse team securely packs your jar and passes it to our express courier networks, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with your live tracking link.

Every single order dispatched from our facility includes a secure tracking number. You can monitor your parcel’s journey 24/7 by visiting the "Track My Order" page in our main menu and entering your tracking code. Please allow 24–48 hours from dispatch for the courier network to update the initial tracking status.

For international shipments, packages are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any local import duties, customs clearances, or regional taxes levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Routine customs inspections at regional borders may occasionally add a brief delay to the stated transit times; this is standard across all international courier networks.

If a package is returned to our logistics hub due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.
