Bio-Infusion Clinical – Refund & Return Policy
At Bio-Infusion Clinical, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our dermatological formulations. We want you to feel completely confident in your nightly skincare investment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to support you with a straightforward, transparent return process.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your tracking number marks your package as "delivered" to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original luxury packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
Due to strict health, hygiene, and cosmetic safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for skincare jars that have had their protective safety seals broken or products that have been physically opened and used.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our dedicated care team at support@rd-brothers.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the shipping label, as our fulfillment warehouses cannot process returns.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the glass jar is broken, the product is defective, or you received the incorrect size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at support@rd-brothers.com with your order number and clear photographic or video proof of the damage.
- Once verified, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement bottle to you at zero extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you that we have approved or rejected your refund based on the condition of the seal.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
All orders are shipped via secure, tracked international delivery. If your tracking details show no updates for more than 20 business days, or if your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement parcel immediately.
